Almavar · 2Prod’s enterprise AI product
Your resources. Your authority. Real work.

It does the work, as the person who asked.
Almavar is 2Prod’s enterprise AI product. Its agents read the record, propose the change and make it, in the systems an organization already runs, from Microsoft 365, Jira and ServiceNow to Google Workspace, finance and code platforms. New systems are added through configuration. What comes back is finished work: a filed document, a created ticket, an updated record.
Every step is governed first. Before any read or write, Almavar settles who is asking, what this agent has been allowed to do and whether a person needs to approve. Each system is then reached with that person’s own sign-in and applies its own permissions, so the AI can only see and do what the person who asked can.
One question, every team, every system.
In a large office, teams track their work in different systems, so a leader’s status update usually means a data call that takes hours or days. With Almavar, the leader asks once.
Read as the leader.
Specialist agents read Jira, ServiceNow, Salesforce and Microsoft 365 in parallel, each with the leader’s own access, so the answer holds only what the leader could open.
A live view, kept current.
The answer comes back as a live view, and one more sentence makes it a workflow that refreshes every morning, so no shared schema or dashboard feed has to be maintained.
Acted on with one approval.
When priorities shift, Almavar proposes what to pause and what to push. One approval card applies the changes in each system under the leader’s own sign-in, and each one is recorded.
Governance sits outside the AI.
Your identity, in every system.
Because each action carries a real person’s identity, there is no shared service account to secure, rotate or explain to an auditor. In Almavar’s operating data, 100% of calls into business systems ran under the requesting person’s own identity, and none fell back to a shared account.
You approve the exact change.
When an action needs a yes, Almavar shows one line per change and the identity it will run under. At the press it re-checks the permission and runs exactly what was approved. People approved 77% of proposals as written, and about 9 in 10 actions ran under policy without interrupting anyone.
Every action recorded.
The AI model proposes and never holds a credential. Every action writes a record of who asked, which agent acted, what it did, the decision, the approval and the result, and nobody can edit or delete it.
It runs in your environment.
In your own environment.
Conversations, files and the full audit trail stay in your environment, with secrets encrypted under your own keys. None of it passes through 2Prod.
One command to install.
Your team installs Almavar with one command, and upgrades run only when your operator starts them.
The models you approve.
Almavar works with Amazon Bedrock, OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, Google Vertex AI and self-hosted models, under the same rules. With a self-hosted model, AI calls never leave your network.
Engineered for regulated environments.
FIPS 140-3 validated cryptography, multi-factor sign-in, malware scanning of every upload, and tenant isolation enforced in the database itself.
It keeps working, and asks when it needs you.
A desk gives an agent a standing responsibility: what it owns, what to watch and what it may do alone. Almavar widens what an agent does alone one kind of action at a time. After five approvals in a row of the same kind, the desk offers to let the agent act, and one decline sends that kind back to asking.
The solution briefs follow the status request through each part in detail.
Bring a workflow where an answer is not enough.
Tell us which systems matter, what the agent should do, who may approve it, and where it needs to run. We can start with an evaluation in your environment.
Figures come from Almavar’s operating deployment, which 2Prod runs for its own company work, 30 June to 21 October 2026. The status request is a representative example.
